Manage the entire customer experience from start to finish, including generating new business and direct sales
Meet with insurance adjusters, document scope of work, submit job documentation, and coordinate with internal teams (Project Coordinator, Supplement, Production)
Upload signed contracts, photos, measurements, and all relevant notes into the CRM system immediately after appointments
Serve as main point of contact for customers: provide regular updates, explain insurance paperwork, coordinate selections and upgrades, and collect payments
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects move forward smoothly and meet quality standards
Perform door-to-door outreach, inspections, and meet monthly sales quotas
Work flexible hours (evenings and Saturdays) and perform field duties such as climbing ladders and walking roofs
Represent the company by wearing branded apparel and maintaining company vehicle decals
Requirements
