About the role
- Conduct door-to-door outreach within assigned neighborhoods to generate new customer sign-ups
- Present and sell broadband internet services clearly and effectively to homeowners and tenants
- Educate potential customers on service benefits, pricing, and installation timelines
- Input and manage all sales data and customer interactions in Salesforce
- Ensure all sales are high quality and lead to verified installations, maintaining SLA compliance
- Provide accurate documentation and support for smooth handoff to installation teams
- Work closely with installation, support, and deployment teams and report to the Director of Network Solutions
- Represent the brand professionally in the field and support deployment targets in newly built network zones
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in outside sales, door-to-door sales, or other customer-facing sales roles
- Clear, confident communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of personal accountability and drive
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Able to work independently in a field-based environment
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
