About the role

  • Generate a qualified sales pipeline for the Account Executive team through targeted outbound prospecting
  • Generate a pipeline from outbound, inbound leads, events, and more
  • Leverage sales development best practices through multiple outreach channels, including phone and social media
  • Achieve outreach, meeting schedules, and qualified opportunity targets
  • Provide regular reports on performance and progress, including lead generation and conversion rates
  • Partner with BDR Leadership to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
  • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency
  • Work closely with top-performing Account Executives, gaining hands-on experience, live feedback, and mentorship
  • Position available as a full-time role based in the United States (Eastern Daylight Time) or as a contractor role based in the United Kingdom

Requirements

  • 1+ years of relevant work experience in sales or recruitment, with a proven track record of success
  • Self-motivated individual driven to achieve targets and demonstrate persistence
  • Comfortable engaging with potential clients across phone, email, and social media; call-first mentality
  • Strong business acumen and ability to speak to platform value and Buxton solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Bonus Points: Experience in Consumer Analytics
  • Bonus Points: Experience with the sales tech stack: CRM (Salesforce), Sales Engagement (Salesloft/Gong Engage), Lead Enrichment (ZoomInfo)
