Data Analyst

• Lead end-to-end analytical projects, from exploratory analysis and methodology selection through insight development and final delivery
• Develop quantitative models and advanced analytical solutions to support client decision-making across marketing, real estate, and consumer strategy initiatives

Business Development Representative

Marketing

• Develop and maintain clear value propositions, messaging frameworks, and positioning for our consumer data products.
• Partner closely with Product Management to understand roadmaps, new features, and market differentiation.
• Support launch planning and execution for new products, features, and enhancements.
• Create and maintain sales enablement assets including pitch decks, battlecards, and FAQs, and assist with product one-pagers and other collateral.
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue teams to identify enablement gaps and improve sales effectiveness.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to inform messaging and go-to-market strategies.
• Stay informed on trends in consumer data, location data, tracking, privacy, and the data technology landscape.

• Create and edit a wide range of marketing collateral, including ebooks, whitepapers, case studies, presentations, etc.
• Write and manage regular newsletters for customers, prospects and internal stakeholders
• Develop thought leadership content such as blog posts, articles, opinion pieces and contributed content for external publications
• Write and optimize website content, ensuring clarity, consistency of messaging and alignment with SEO best practices
• Support messaging development for new products, features, campaigns, and go‑to‑market initiatives
• Maintain brand tone of voice across all written materials
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, product managers, and marketers to gather insights and turn them into effective content
• Edit and proofread content from other contributors to ensure quality and brand alignment

• Support a cross-functional team in the development of predictive models to aid in real estate and marketing decisions for retail, restaurant, and healthcare clients.
• Analyze consumer data, including frequency, valuation, expenditure habits, and other patterns of behavior.
• Analyze site location data, including trends identified by site characteristics, site types, key performance indicators, and any other qualitative findings.
• Standardize data for analysis and perform data verification to ensure accuracy and completeness of client data received.
• Build and customize dynamic reports and dashboards.
