Senior Graphic Designer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute and contribute to brand identity work, helping develop maintain and evolve our visual standards in close collaboration with the Creative Director as we progress through our rebrand
- Design marketing assets for digital and print — including social media, email, paid ads, event materials, and presentations
- Create motion graphics and short-form video content to support campaigns and product storytelling
- Work closely with the Creative Director, marketing, and product teams to translate briefs into polished creative output
- Bring considered creative input at brief stage — your experience and judgment are genuinely valued
- Own your workload end-to-end, managing priorities and deadlines with a high degree of autonomy
- Help uphold and contribute to creative quality standards across the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–8 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in a B2B environment
- A strong portfolio demonstrating brand design, marketing campaigns, and motion work at a consistently high standard
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Experience with Figma for design collaboration
- Excellent eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling
- Deep comfort working within brand guidelines and the confidence to propose meaningful improvements
- Highly self-directed — you take responsibility in producing great work and can navigate ambiguity
- Clear communicator who can articulate creative decisions to stakeholders and non-designers alike
