Sales

• Manage the entire customer experience from start to finish for residential exterior renovation projects (roofing, siding, windows, gutters)
• Generate new business and conduct door-to-door outreach and inspections
• Meet with insurance adjusters and document scope of work
• Upload job documentation (signed contracts, photos, measurements, notes) into CRM immediately after appointments
• Coordinate with internal teams (Project Coordinator, Supplement, Production) to move projects forward
• Provide regular updates to customers, explain insurance paperwork, coordinate selections and upgrades, and collect payments
• Serve as main point of contact for customers and ensure high-quality service delivery
• Work flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays and perform field work such as climbing ladders and walking roofs
