Account Manager – CSR

Data Analyst

• Manages data, prepares and peer reviews reports, performs ad-hoc analysis, and provides assistance with rate decisions
• Review and present pharmacy analytics deliverables in client facing meetings (in person and/or virtual)
• Provide analytics and organizational support for pharmacy benefit procurement and market check RFPs—leading all steps from data collection to analysis to final deliverables

• Process day-to-day service requests such as endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and coverage verifications
• Maintain accurate records in the agency management system (e.g., AMS360), ensuring documentation and activity logs are current and complete
• Issue certificates of insurance, ID cards, evidence of insurance, and other policy documents
• Review upcoming renewals for rate changes, risk changes, and retention strategy
• Communicate with clients proactively to confirm needs and address concerns before renewal
• Coordinate with producer on remarketing strategies and coverage reviews
• Run comparative quotes across multiple carriers when appropriate
• Identify opportunities for bundling, discounts, or improved coverage

Personal Account Manager

Insurance

• Outside Employee Benefits sales focused on small business clients (10-50 employee lives).
• Responsible for driving new business sales revenue growth for small business clients.
• Develop relationships with pre-qualified prospective customers.
• Cross-sell referrals from other business units and establish pipeline of clients.
• Deliver a proven sales presentation to consumers and close sales.
• Work with a personal dedicated sales coach and participate in training during the first 90 days.
• Conduct outside sales activities during Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM.

Employee Benefits Insurance Sales Representative – Small Business

Account Executive

• Work side by side with GBS Brokers in the sale and service of employee benefits for current and prospective clients.
• Work collaboratively with the Broker and Account Management teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Establish and build upon strong relationships with the client/carrier and develop an understanding of all aspects of the client.
• Handle complex client issues and make recommendations to best service GBS clients.
• Act as a liaison between clients and GBS to consult in decision making, including renewal decisions.
• Assist broker teams in growing, developing, and acquiring new business relationships through new and existing clients.
• Create and deliver compelling presentations of insurance products and vendors.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets and foster long-term partnerships with clients.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, client interactions, and market trends to management and relevant teams.
• Daily work includes computer interfacing, data entry, communications (electronic and physical), movement throughout the office, attending meetings, etc.
