About the role
- Manage and service a portfolio of commercial accounts
- Assist clients with their insurance needs and provide expert advice on commercial lines coverage
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers
- Handle renewals and endorsements
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Collaborate with the sales team to support business growth and retention
- Work in a hybrid role based in Auburn, Everett, or University Place, WA with some work-from-home flexibility
Requirements
- Proficiency in Commercial Lines Coverage and Insurance
- Experience in Account Management, 3 years minimum
- AMS360 Management system experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
- Relevant certifications or licenses in insurance are a plus
- Strong MS Excel and Word experience preferred
