Manages data, prepares and peer reviews reports, performs ad-hoc analysis, and provides assistance with rate decisions
Review and present pharmacy analytics deliverables in client facing meetings (in person and/or virtual)
Provide analytics and organizational support for pharmacy benefit procurement and market check RFPs—leading all steps from data collection to analysis to final deliverables
Support GBS Pharmacy strategic and service initiatives including interactions with plan sponsor representatives and plan members
Assist with team projects and initiatives and other duties as assigned
Use company-specific software systems and perform computer interfacing and data entry
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred in a data-related field – such as actuarial science, statistics, mathematics, economics, finance, or computer science
Strong ability to leverage industry knowledge, analytical thinking, and technical data skills
Experience with a PC and proficiency in MS Excel is required
Expert ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with decision makers, external clients, and peers
Strong relationship building skills and cross-functional collaboration
Expert ability to work under demanding time constraints and in a team setting
Experience developing creative solutions in response to changing healthcare landscape
Proficient in prioritizing and handling multiple tasks throughout the day
Possesses/acquires knowledge of the local healthcare marketplace, carriers, TPAs, PBMs
Understands and utilizes company specific software systems
