Design, configure, maintain, and continuously improve company-wide tools (Jira, Confluence, Power BI, HubSpot) to support scalable operations
Support rollout and adoption of tools and systems through training, documentation, and ongoing user enablement
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, streamline workflows, and ensure alignment with business goals and operational standards
Conduct analysis and maintain dashboards to provide performance insights, track KPIs, and support operational decision-making, ensuring accuracy and data integrity
Assist with change management efforts and cross-functional projects related to tooling, automation, and process optimization
Contribute to internal and external audits, support reviews on the application of operational standards, and promote continuous improvement through feedback loops and best practice sharing
Enable teams through technology, automate workflows to free up time for high-value work, and ensure systems scale with strategic goals
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics, IT, Engineering or a related field
2–4 years of experience in tools and systems optimization, process improvement and automation, or business systems support in fast paced IT industry or software environment
Proven hands-on experience configuring and improving collaboration and process tools such as Jira, Confluence, HubSpot, or similar platforms
Proven hands-on experience using reporting and analytics tools like Microsoft Power BI (or equivalent) to build dashboards, track KPIs, and generate insights
Strong facilitation and collaboration skills to gather input, troubleshoot issues, and align diverse teams and stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset
Nice to have: Familiarity with automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate), AI-enhanced tools, or project coordination experience
Nice to have: Project coordination or Agile project management experience
