- Establish and maintain data infrastructure; data governance; dashboards and reports; sales funnel analysis; forecasting cadence; optimize sales workflows; manage sales tools; enablement; territory and quota design; compensation modeling; cross-functional collaboration; data-driven decision making; leadership and strategic planning; scalable processes; focus on customer lifecycle; integration with Marketing, Finance, Product; participate in leadership meetings; regular/Ad-hoc reporting; KPI tracking.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in sales operations or similar role in SaaS
- Strong data analytics skills and experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker), and sales engagement platforms
- Experience with forecasting, territory design, quota setting, and compensation modeling
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Finance, and Sales leadership
- Strong communication and presentation skills
