• Oversee day-to-day office operations.
• Help develop consistent templates for office use and format presentations for the Managing Attorney.
• Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
• Serve as a central point of contact for administrative needs.
• Maintain a high-functioning workspace through smart organization, supply management, and essential errand coordination.
• Bring team members together by planning inclusive internal celebrations and cultural milestones.
• Handle daily office logistics and ad-hoc tasks with a proactive, "no task too small" mindset.

• Assisting the firm’s attorneys & paralegals in managing a high volume of litigation matters
• Communication with clients

• Research relating to simple and complex legal, ethics, and regulatory issues

Deputy Counsel

Recruitment

• Recruitment for Exempt and Non-Exempt staff.
• Use of a variety of search methods (i.e. Search firms, internal referrals, online research)
• Review resumes and conduct initial screenings with candidates where appropriate.
• Review applicant submissions through the ATS process.
• Schedule interviews, gather feedback and report on metrics.
• Assist with offer approval process working with the Head of HR on terms.
• Prepare regular status updates and report to the Head of HR findings.

• Assisting new clients with the Firm’s digital onboarding process, including client intake, gathering & review of documents, and ensuring successful completion of client onboarding
