Client Onboarding Specialist
Law Offices of Robert S. Gitmeid & Assoc. PLLCClient Onboarding Specialist helping consumers with the onboarding process at a law firm. Assisting clients with document review and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assisting new clients with the Firm’s digital onboarding process, including client intake, gathering & review of documents, and ensuring successful completion of client onboarding
- Utilizing the Firm’s Salesforce CRM software in performing client-support tasks
- Meeting high-quality performance requirements and goals for all tasks and responsibilities
- Reviewing client documents for completeness and uploading to the Firm’s client management system
- Following up with clients as needed to complete their onboarding
- Other related tasks as instructed by the Firm’s attorneys
Requirements
What you’ll need- Sales or other customer-facing experience is preferred, including experience in a consulting role or financial services in call center environment
- Self-motivated worker with a solid work ethic and competitive drive
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven responsibility and reliability
- Bi-lingual is not necessary but is a plus (e.g., Spanish)
