Manager

• Working closely with the Director of Well-Being & Benefits on the continuing development of the firm’s health and well-being strategy, proactively identifying needs and advocating for programmes and interventions suited to a high-performance professional services environment
• Partnering with both internal and external well-being experts around the world to create customised training and support programs, taking a hands-on role in building, leading, and project managing key programmes and campaigns

Software Engineer

• Designing, developing, and maintaining applications and systems software with a primary focus on web-based solutions and system integrations
• Collaborating with team members to develop customized, high-quality enterprise web, mobile, and back-end APIs and applications

• Acting as a strategic advisor to Well‑Being & Benefits leadership on engagement campaigns and change management related to benefits, ensuring colleagues understand the value and implications of changes
• Identifying and recommending new engagement approaches, campaigns, and messaging frameworks to better engage colleagues and maximize adoption of benefits and resources, including leveraging AI to improve access to key information
• Leading the planning and execution of annual and cyclical benefits campaigns, including open enrollment, mid‑year reminders, new program rollouts, and policy changes
• Overseeing the maintenance of the Well‑Being & Benefits SharePoint site and communications library to ensure all content is current, consistent, and uses effective formats and platforms

Infrastructure Engineer

• Responsible for the implementation, maintenance, support, and decommissioning of physical and virtual server and storage systems
• Ensuring these platforms are consistently configured, secure, and reliable across the firm’s global technology platform
• Performing routine operational tasks, including system patching, upgrades, backups, and recovery testing, in line with firm policies and change management processes
• Troubleshooting complex infrastructure incidents and service requests, working closely with Design and Engineering Team and vendors to drive timely resolution and root cause analysis
