Key responsibilities & impact

Overseeing the team’s shared pricing request intake process and ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality service delivery across all requests
Providing ongoing technical and leadership development to team members to strengthen analytical capabilities, communication skills, and business judgment
Leading pricing discussions directly with partners and attorneys, providing strategic guidance and recommendations related to fee structures, profitability considerations, pricing strategy, and commercial positioning
Supporting the development of budgets, fee estimates, profitability models, and matter economics analyses
Collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, Business Development, Practice Management, Legal Project Management, and other business services teams to enhance service delivery
Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains

What you’ll need

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in economics, finance, business administration, or related field
An advanced degree, preferably
A minimum of three (3) years of analytical experience in finance or related professional services environment
A minimum of five years of cumulative professional experience
Possess well-developed knowledge of market research resources, financial reporting and modeling, and project management skills
Demonstrate the ability to consistently exercise independent judgment and discretion
Display excellent analytical skills needed for all primary duties of position, including comprehending and communicating data, and performing detailed analyses independently
