About the role
- Make the intro call to new customers and collect required information, serve as contact point, provide install progress reports, schedule install techs, and moderate tasks in new customer templates.
- Call customers to collect published phone numbers and collect Copy of Bill (COB); port in new customer numbers.
- Send sales-dictated proposals, verify addresses with USPS, confirm legal business names with Secretary of State, check 401K database for EIN, create and send sales orders via DocuSign & Adobe ESign, run customer portfolio reports and generate renewal lists.
- Verify new customer seat counts, process and maintain sales files, update sold list and commission tracking, update FOC dates, create bill transactions for agent work hours, create invoices for Credit team funding and customer first month, create monthly memorized invoices, generate reports, and interact with finance banks.
- Provide high level customer service, answer inbound phone calls and redirect callers, moderate customer support tickets, and schedule customer appointments (moves, installs, repairs, training).
Requirements
- Prior office experience required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience demonstrating accurate data entry.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience utilizing QuickBooks, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet.
- Highly detail-oriented.
- Minimum of 1 year of general administrative experience.
- Desire to promote Best Practices.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate various assignments while maintaining poise and excellent customer service.
- Ability to be proactive and work independently.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Strong math and/or accounting skills preferred.
