About the role

  • Manage the inside sales process, prospecting new leads, converting qualified leads, and supporting named direct and indirect accounts.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, and emails, qualifying leads for existing accounts.
  • Manage named direct and indirect accounts by building relationships, creating brand awareness, requesting referrals, and offering educational opportunities.
  • Communicate proactively with customers to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales manager, ensuring a smooth and cohesive sales process.
  • Regularly close sales to achieve annual quotas.
  • Assist with sales support tasks, including preparing presentations and proposals.
  • Work as an individual contributor in a fully remote, inside sales role (not field sales).

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in Pro AV or IT industry highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and people skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple high-priority tasks and navigate stressful situations.
  • Aptitude for maximizing call time and personalizing follow-up communications.
  • Comfortable working remotely from a home office.
  • Candidates may be based in the United States or Latin America.
