About the role
- Lead and deliver high quality business improvement projects that deliver financially sustainable outcomes and improved value for money for Communities, Adults and Health
- Work with the Transformation Manager and key stakeholders to deliver on business plan objectives in line with corporate and service priorities, focusing on financial sustainability
- Provide expertise to ensure business improvement transformation projects are run to time, budget and to a high quality
- Lead on key transformation and business improvement projects delivering the directorate’s Medium Term Financial Strategy (MTFS) programme
- Identify gaps, opportunities and solutions and implement and embed sustainable business change
- Build strong relationships with internal colleagues, external partners and local residents to support integrated delivery
- Provide constructive challenge to manage risks and issues and support delivery of efficiency savings
