• Accurately identify, enter, update, and maintain data within the SAP system as dictated by the client

• Capital project engineering performance including all phases such as: scoping and budgeting, conceptual engineering, contract management and design, engineering design, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Perform field circuit reviews based on the project scope given and identify proposed improvements.
• Review sketches that include existing and proposed work actions according to approved construction standards.
• Oversee and coordinate with internal and external resources the detailed designs according to approved construction standards.
• Review design inputs for SAP system notifications and approve corresponding construction work orders.

Construction Safety Specialist – Part Time

• Responsible for the development, implementation, training and auditing of all controlled documentation: drawings, procedures, reports and any other document under revision control.
• Process, distribute, and maintain controlled documentation using owner document control system.
• Process documents for revision and approval.
• Monitor the distribution and reconciliation of process or reference documents.
• Perform overall document control and flow of engineering design/submittals and processes/reviews.
• Implement master tracking of all packages/deliverables and provide data from this tracking to support management reporting.

Document Control Specialist

• Manage environmental permitting and compliance efforts on large and small-scale utility projects.
• Assist in coordinating the work for all aspects of project development, including outside consultant deliverables, (monitor task completion, applicability to regulatory requirements, assist in scheduling and drafting product reviews).
• Provide overall support to the project teams to ensure timely preparation of acceptable license and permit application material and completion of implementation and compliance activities.
• Prepare and/or review sections of various licensing and implementation documents under the supervision of CMP leadership.
• Assist in preparation of responses to regulatory agencies and the public and prepare responses where appropriate.

• Perform on-site observations of environmental remediation projects under abatement/construction, and monitor the quality of work performed by engineers, consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors.
• Perform asbestos-related functions including hazard assessments, surveys, submittal reviews, abatement plan and specification review, asbestos sampling, and survey report review.
• Consult with other staff members on environmental questions arising from the review of plans, drawings and construction project problems and issues.

• Assist in the development, compilation, and distribution of technical data.

• Administer a bridge replacement project for the Onondaga County Department of Transportation.
