About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct direct and indirect inspections to various Electric Utility Construction projects to meet client needs.
  • Oversee contractor construction activities on behalf of the Owner to ensure compliance with the plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate onsite work activities with Company operations and other projects.
  • Coordinate and manage on-site work documentation and communications in support of the overall Construction Manager, Project Manager, and/or the Owner.
  • Responsible for coordination of material delivery and develop and maintain as-built documentation.
  • Must be onsite whenever work of any nature is being performed, monitor schedule, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction related field - Preferred.
  • 4+ Years of Electric Generation, Transmission, Distribution or Substation experience - Required
  • OSHA 10 or 30 - Preferred
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions - Required
  • Valid Driver's License in accordance with our Driver Safety Manual - Required
  • Computer skills Word, Excel, Outlook - Required
  • Working knowledge Electric Utility Industry - Required
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills – Required
