• Performs research of payer rejections and denials in regards to genetic testing claims
• Produces high volume of successful appeals to insurance carriers to obtain payment
• Collaborates with multiple teams and to develop best practices and resolve denial issues
• Reviews payor medical policies to determine cause of denial
• Consistently follows -ups with insurances on payor denials
• As needed, communicate via telephone with clients, professionally and concisely.
• Participates in projects that extend beyond your day to day to stretch you to think outside the box

• Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's office and/or private insurance carriers.
• 85% of calls will be assisting Spanish speaking customers.
• Initiate payment plans for patients for outstanding balances.

• Maintain performance goals.
• Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program.

• Support the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of AWS resources for enterprise workloads
• Assist in the operation and integration of AWS services including Identity Center, Security Hub, Resilience Hub, and related platforms
• Participate in monitoring, logging, and reporting activities
• Help implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions for automated resource provisioning and configurations using Terraform
• Assist with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident response in the AWS environment
• Contribute to technical documentation and standard operating procedures for cloud-based operations
