About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the planning and execution of Digital Trust initiatives, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met.
Maintain program plans, track dependencies, and monitor progress against goals.
Identify risks and issues, escalating as appropriate and contributing to mitigation plans.
Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, legal, risk, compliance, and product.
Help coordinate activities across multiple workstreams to ensure alignment.
Manage day-to-day program operations, including status tracking, documentation, and reporting.
Help improve processes, tools, and ways of working across the Digital Trust PMO.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree
2 or more years' of experience in program management, project management, or a related role
2 or more years' experience working in cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Planner, Teams, etc.)
Basic understanding of program management frameworks and methodologies.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
