About the role

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content strategy establishing Kognitos as leader in AI automation
  • Script, shoot, edit, and host short-form video content for LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other channels
  • Collaborate with founders, engineers, product, and product marketing to translate technical complexity into clear B2B content
  • Use AI-driven tools (e.g., GPT-4, Descript, Midjourney, CapCut) as part of creative workflow
  • Own content analytics, connect content to lead generation and pipeline influence, iterate based on data
  • Partner with marketing and sales to ensure content supports full funnel from awareness to sales enablement

Requirements

  • 5-8 years in a content creation and strategy role, with a proven track record within a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology company
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment is a major plus
  • Strong portfolio of work with emphasis on video content; able to articulate strategy and business results
  • Extensive experience with MarTech and sales platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce, HootSuite, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
  • Hands-on expertise with generative AI tools and AI-first content workflows (e.g., ChatGPT, GPT-4)
  • Experience with video/audio editors and image generators (e.g., Descript, CapCut, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Veo3)
  • Exceptional on-camera presence; experience hosting webinars, product demos, or social media videos
  • Analytical skills: proficiency using analytics to measure content performance and track KPIs (engagement, pipeline influence, conversions)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
