About the role
- Design and develop enablement training materials with a strong focus on high-quality visual content, including animated explainers, short-form video tutorials, and interactive motion graphics
- Repurpose and transform existing long-form content into engaging microlearning bursts
- Use visual storytelling, graphic design, and animation to create captivating training resources that communicate complex concepts clearly and reinforce brand identity
- Utilize AI-powered tools like HeyGen and Synthesia to enhance media production, such as generating voice-overs and creating video content from scripts
- Design training materials that help sales teams use AI tools effectively in their sales process
- Bring creative visual ideas to learning strategies that incorporate a variety of media formats, such as animated infographics, interactive video scenarios, and short-form video series
- Work with Revenue leaders, Product Marketing, and subject matter experts to understand training needs and translate them into compelling video and animated learning materials
- Partner with program managers to ensure alignment with sales goals
- Collaborate with brand, marketing, and documentation teams to promote the reuse of existing assets and ensure all training materials align with brand philosophy
- Manage multiple media projects and meet deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing video editing, motion graphics, and creative repurposing of content
- Proficiency with professional video editing and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator)
- Proven experience with leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance media production (e.g., HeyGen, Synthesia)
- Strong grasp of visual storytelling and adult learning principles, with an interest in sales-focused training
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple media projects and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills to effectively translate complex ideas into visually engaging content and work with cross-functional teams
- Legal right to work in the country where the position is based; this role does not offer visa sponsorship
