• Dive into our product, customers, 2026 business goals, current marketing performance, paid acquisition workflows, brand strategy, sales pipeline goals, and team operating rhythms. Take part in Get To Know You's (GTKYs) to meet our distributed team.
• Complete a performance and opportunity audit across paid acquisition, funnel conversion, creative performance, reporting, and sales pipeline contribution. Identify 3–5 high-impact opportunities to improve LTV:CAC, grow qualified inbound demand, and increase brand-aware traffic from our target audiences.
• Improve performance across existing paid channels, launch focused creative and audience tests, strengthen reporting from spend to revenue impact, partner with Creative and PMM on campaign messaging, and build an experimentation roadmap across ads, landing pages, and key funnel steps.
• Own meaningful improvements in acquisition efficiency, increase qualified inbound pipeline, contribute to stronger brand awareness in priority creator segments, and build a scalable performance marketing operating system that helps Kit grow profitably.

Lead Growth Marketing Manager, Acquisition

Customer Success Manager

• First Week: Dive into our core systems, including Kit’s platform, internal success workflows, and reporting tools. Take part in Get To Know You’s (GTKYs) to meet our distributed team and build foundational context on our company culture and creator community.
• First Month: Begin shadowing customer calls and reviewing creator portfolios to understand our customer segmentation, goals, and success benchmarks. Start managing a small group of creators to get hands-on with Kit’s success methodology and internal playbooks. While you won’t own a renewal and expansion quota from Day One, you will be expected to influence revenue through retaining and expanding customers. As a team, we’re in the process of implementing team and individual renewal and expansion targets, and are eager to run tests, measure the impact, and scale what works. Look for moments to go beyond the standard playbook — a well-timed check-in, a personal touch, something that makes a creator feel genuinely seen rather than managed.
• First Six Months: Own a portfolio of 50-75 high-value (~$1m ARR) creator accounts, delivering proactive, strategic guidance and implement strategic initiatives and tests that drive measurable business outcomes, like retention and expansion. Establish strong relationships with creators and their teams built on trust and credibility. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure creator needs are surfaced internally, and partner with Product, Marketing, and Support to improve the creator experience. Drive feature adoption and increase customer engagement. Build deep fluency in high performing strategies, market trends and insights, and Kit's product roadmap and capabilities so you can proactively recommend the right playbooks and features for each creator, not just react to their questions.
• First Year: Become a strategic pillar on the Creator Growth team. Develop account plans and success strategies that support scalable growth across your portfolio, to un-owned accounts, all the way through Product and Lifecycle Marketing efforts. Identify patterns in creator needs, surface insights to the broader team, and contribute to evolving our customer success framework as we scale. Be a go-to product expert on the team, someone Product, Support and Marketing loop in when they want to know how a feature actually lands with creators in the field.

• Shadow the intake process and meet your immediate teammates and key stakeholders across the marketing org

• Shadow sprint planning for the first sprint of the month, then take over running point on it for the second sprint

• Start contributing to active experiments or funnel improvements while you build context. Ship your first changes, to get a real feel for how we move and contribute to our growth strategy
• Own the end-to-end execution of multiple growth initiatives across the funnel
• You've shipped experiments and owned complex projects that moved meaningful metrics and can speak clearly to what worked and what didn't

Senior Software Engineer II – Product Growth

• Get access to core systems (Mode reporting, financial tracker in Google Sheets, Bill.com, Stripe, Kit Admin payout portal, Retool, invoicing CRM, Notion, QuickBooks, and banking)
• Own a full invoicing cycle and a creator-payout run end to end. Shadow, then run, one month-end close.
• Independently deliver the Newsletter Sponsorships close by business day 4 every month.
• Keep AR aging current with a disciplined dunning cycle (Bill.com automated reminders, then manual outreach at 45 / 60 / 90 days), manage collections escalations, and own the monthly reconciliation between QuickBooks Online and Bill.com.
