About the role

  • Redefine the Keboola experience. Lead the design vision across the entire platform, ensuring that using Keboola feels powerful, seamless, and human - even when solving the most complex data problems.
  • Make AI part of design DNA. Use AI tools and workflows to accelerate design, research, and prototyping. At the same time, design for a world where AI is embedded into the product itself, shaping how customers discover, manage, and use their data.
  • Own design frameworks that scale. Establish design systems, interaction models, and CX frameworks that don’t just support the product, but differentiate it in the market.
  • Lead by doing. Roll up your sleeves and design alongside your team. This is a hands-on role where strategy and execution go hand in hand.
  • Develop a high-impact team. Mentor and grow a small, talented design team - setting the bar on craft, collaboration, and measurable outcomes.
  • Be a core partner in product leadership. Work directly with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market to ensure design is embedded in every decision and every launch.

Requirements

  • Senior product design leader. You’ve led design at a SaaS or B2B platform, ideally in complex, technical, or data-driven environments.
  • AI-native designer. You don’t just know the buzzwords - you’ve applied AI to design workflows and built product experiences that leverage AI.
  • Track record of transformation. You’ve taken products from “functional but complex” to “delightful and intuitive” - not just at the UI level, but by reshaping the customer experience end-to-end.
  • Data-driven product thinker. You know how to combine research, analytics, and customer feedback to inform and validate design decisions.
  • Pragmatic doer. You balance frameworks with speed, vision with delivery. You care about beautiful craft, but you ship.
  • Team builder and mentor. You’ve grown designers into stronger contributors and leaders, and you know how to get the best from small teams.
