About the role
- HubSpot Administration (Support & Maintenance): Assist with day-to-day HubSpot CRM management, including updating records, maintaining pipelines, and ensuring data accuracy; Support the creation and maintenance of properties, lists, workflows, pipelines, and dashboards; Monitor recurring reports and dashboards for sales, marketing, and operations leadership; Manage integrations between HubSpot and third-party systems; Provide basic training and user support and documentation for sales and account management teams; Revenue Operations (Execution & Coordination): Service as first point of contact of sales & account management team members in slack support channels to troubleshoot and resolve requests; Support internal sales and account management new hire onboarding tasks; Monitor and execute inbound lead routing of qualified leads to the sales team; Assist in tracking key revenue metrics such as pipeline health, lead conversion, and customer retention; Monitor recurring reports and dashboards for sales, marketing, and operations leadership; Support revenue forecasting and pipeline management by ensuring clean and up-to-date CRM data; Document processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the merchant onboarding + training process as needed; Provide administrative support in maintaining accuracy across systems on Merchant Incentive Programs, and other projects; Processing of weekly + monthly spiffs via Tremendous Platform.
