About the role
- As a Marketing Assistant, you will support marketing campaigns and events focused on B2B technology and services in the entertainment production industry.\n
- You’ll ensure projects stay on track and meet deadlines by applying strong attention to detail and organizational skills.\n
- Your responsibilities will include building emails and workflows in HubSpot, leveraging AI tools, managing lists and reports, and coordinating event logistics.\n
- You will also write and respond to external emails, create marketing content such as blog posts and social media updates, and conduct research on industry trends.\n
- Additionally, you will analyze campaign performance and help maintain databases, project templates, and timelines.\n
- You will work daily in HubSpot, Asana, and Google Workspace.\n
- Success in this role requires clear communication, reliable follow-up, and effective collaboration within a creative, supportive team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred\n
- 2+ years of experience in marketing\n
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a habit of reviewing your work and using available resources\n
- Excellent written and verbal communicator who’s comfortable seeking clarification when needed\n
- Accountable, proactive, and flexible, with a willingness to learn and grow from feedback\n
- Strong time management and organizational skills\n
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot for email marketing or a similar CRM system required\n
- Experience with Asana and Google Workspace preferred
