• Serve our Enterprise clients as their single point of accountability, building strong relationships across all levels of their organization

• Conduct quarterly business reviews for strategic alignment and satisfaction
• Monitor and report on Enterprise health, usage, and KPIs to proactively identify risks and opportunities

Senior Software Engineer

Sales Engineer

• Work closely with the sales team to collaborate on presentations and demos to prospective production and studio clients
• Act as a subject matter expert on GreenSlate’s software and integration capabilities
• Research and document studio integrations for overall deals and for RFP’s
• Tailor software demonstration based on information learned from the discovery meeting
• Build relationships with key decision-makers / studio accounts
• Understand points of difference between GreenSlate’s software and our main competitors
• Follow-up meetings and demonstrations as necessary
• Updating and partnering with the sales team daily to enable a greater closing percentage of deals
• Proactively notifying clients of enhancements that will benefit their operation
• Facilitate Sandbox execution

• Confirmation of receipt of funds from ACH transactions and wires and communication to team members
• Verify and respond to client A/R account balance inquiries prior to releasing payroll batches
• First point of contact for check validation and stop payments, failed direct deposits and trace ID requests
• Daily recording of client payroll invoice payments
• Review daily positive pay exception notifications from multiple banking institutions
• Perform and verify telephone payroll check inquiries
• Maintain an internal project list of active and inactive client projects
