Payroll

• Manage payroll processing for a portfolio of non-union and some union entertainment clients
• Work directly with clients to deliver a high level of service while ensuring accuracy and compliance with Federal, State, and Union regulations
• Support Paymasters with data entry, timecard review, payroll releases, and reporting
• Review and calculate client timecards, ensuring all federal, state, and union laws and regulations are adhered to
• Follow up with clients to advise on discrepancies when necessary
• Compile and review payroll reports and invoices for the client’s review and approval
• Manage and assist with payroll releases, including check printing distribution, accounting import verification and releases

Payroll Coordinator

General

• Own the full payroll processing cycle for your assigned clients
• Review and calculate timecards to ensure compliance with federal, state, and union regulations
• Enter start documents and process payroll tasks including check distribution
• Compile payroll reports and invoices for client approval
• Manage payroll releases and support assigned non-union and union payroll clients
• Provide day-to-day training and support to Payroll Administrators and Payroll Coordinators

Paymaster

Technical Account Manager

• Serve as the primary point of contact and technical resource for your assigned VIP clients
• Support clients through onboarding, training, setup, QA, and day-to-day needs
• Work across HubSpot, dedicated Slack channels, and direct client meetings to resolve issues
• Document setups and coordinate with Product and Engineering on feature requests
• Partner with Account Managers to ensure every client is set up for success from prep through wrap
• Provide one-on-one onboarding training for new clients on all software features
• Assist with UAT testing of new software releases as needed
• Lead weekly payroll and crew member webinars
• Utilize HubSpot help-desk software to log tickets and resolutions.

Business Intelligence Analyst

• Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement custom reporting solutions
• Develop automated and self-service solutions that empower users with efficient access to data and reporting
• Participate in change management, go-live support, and maintain end-user training documentation
• Perform project management functions by providing project estimates, target dates, and planning and organizing development tasks
• Monitor, identify, and resolve reporting and data issues
• Develop new or make appropriate changes to existing workflows and reports
• Understand data structures, values, and transformations as needed
• Contribute to the development of standards, processes, and procedures that support improved reporting and validation quality and accuracy
• Work on client projects with a sense of urgency
• Utilize various data and reporting tools, including Alteryx, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Snowflake, and Tableau

Client Reporting Analyst

Implementation Specialist

• Execute a high volume of complex, multi-layered software project setups and configurations based on each production’s unique requirements
• Manage inbound setup requests and written support tickets, prioritizing accuracy and throughput across concurrent projects
• Utilize Asana checklists and follow protocols for each project setup
• Transfer/escalate issues to other team members as required
• Utilize the Intercom ticketing system to track, organize, and complete setup requests efficiently
• Submit software development requests and bugs to development on behalf of users
• Training and providing ongoing support to new Implementation Specialists to assist with setups
• Assist with planning and coordinating user communications as necessary
• Occasionally support Technical Account Management by providing technical input on setup accuracy; primary client-facing communication is handled by account managers
• Partner with the Digital Project Manager on internal audits and project checklists to maintain setup quality and consistency across the platform
