About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the full payroll processing cycle for your assigned clients
  • Review and calculate timecards to ensure compliance with federal, state, and union regulations
  • Enter start documents and process payroll tasks including check distribution
  • Compile payroll reports and invoices for client approval
  • Manage payroll releases and support assigned non-union and union payroll clients
  • Provide day-to-day training and support to Payroll Administrators and Payroll Coordinators

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in payroll or production accounting
  • 2+ years of experience with entertainment union contracts
  • Experience in the film and TV industry is a plus
  • Ability to manage high-volume work with competing priorities under pressure
  • Highly organized and accurate, with acute attention to detail
  • Problem-solving orientation, focused on finding solutions rather than just completing tasks
  • Client-focused and able to be assertive
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, exciting, and creative environment
