Translate strategic, technical, and process-driven concepts into user-friendly training assets, ensuring they are practical and applicable for sales users in their daily work
Develop and implement training programs that align with Knauf’s global sales strategy, leveraging adult learning principles to maximize engagement and retention
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure training materials are consistent, high-quality, and tailored to the needs of diverse sales teams worldwide
Continuously evaluate and improve training effectiveness by gathering feedback, analyzing performance metrics, and updating materials to reflect evolving tools, processes, and strategies
