About the role
- Collaborate with the global Sales Excellence team to conceptualize, design, and deliver engaging training materials that enable global sales teams to effectively use our OneCRM platform and related analytics tools
- Translate strategic, technical, and process-driven concepts into user-friendly training assets, ensuring they are practical and applicable for sales users in their daily work
- Develop and implement training programs that align with Knauf’s global sales strategy, leveraging adult learning principles to maximize engagement and retention
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure training materials are consistent, high-quality, and tailored to the needs of diverse sales teams worldwide
- Continuously evaluate and improve training effectiveness by gathering feedback, analyzing performance metrics, and updating materials to reflect evolving tools, processes, and strategies
Requirements
- A skilled communicator with a strong understanding of CRM systems, sales processes, and adult learning principles
- Experienced in creating and delivering training programs that simplify complex technical and strategic concepts for diverse audiences
- A collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments and can align training initiatives with broader organizational goals
