Serve as the primary support for Outside Sales Representatives, addressing high-level customer inquiries and assisting in account management to maximize revenue and gross margin.
Prepare and manage quotes, proposals, and business reviews to support the sales process.
Conduct customer research to identify opportunities for deeper engagement and account growth (cross sell, margin expansion, revenue growth).
Manage Salesforce data, including account updates, pipeline tracking, and reporting to support sales representatives.
Resolve customer issues by coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers and suppliers to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Partner closely with sales reps, sales engineers, and store teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and coordinate partner meetings.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in account management, sales support, or customer service, preferably in distribution or related industries.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Technical sales in the Pro AV industry a plus.
Experience working with a distributor-based sales model a plus.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage diverse responsibilities.
Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
