About the role

  • As the Sales Operations Coordinator, you’ll build and manage internal systems, create reporting tools, and support strategic execution across the partnership lifecycle.
  • Build and manage operational workflows that support partner onboarding, performance tracking, and quarterly reviews.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and templates for reporting student activity, revenue performance, and partnership health.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects with marketing, support, product, and finance teams to ensure partner deliverables are met.
  • Implement and refine CRM (Salesforce) processes to improve data integrity and forecasting.
  • Support the creation of internal documentation and SOPs that ensure scalable and repeatable processes.
  • Track contract milestones, renewal dates, and onboarding checklists for all partners.
  • Analyze trends in partner engagement and student performance to flag risks and opportunities.
  • Serve as the operations lead during partnership campaigns and initiatives, ensuring timely execution.
  • Identify gaps in current tools or workflows and recommend improvements for efficiency and clarity.
  • Support limited conference logistics and pre/post-event partner communications.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, sales support, partnerships, or a related role (edtech or SaaS a plus)
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot and project tools like Asana, Airtable, or Notion
  • Analytical and reporting skills—comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and dashboards
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; you keep timelines and stakeholders on track
  • Clear and concise communicator—able to document processes, present insights, and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Self-starter mindset—you thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoy building from the ground up
  • Familiarity with higher education, online learning, or alternative credit pathways is a plus
