About the role

  • Support the KSA Exclusive Operations team by executing daily operational processes with accuracy and speed
  • Handle customer interactions with empathy and professionalism, aiming to improve the overall customer experience
  • Monitor and increase fulfillment rates by identifying gaps and taking proactive actions
  • Track and report performance metrics such as utilization and unfulfillment, ensuring data accuracy
  • Conduct outbound calls when required, following quality grading standards
  • Contribute to special projects that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with your immediate team and team leader, keeping communication clear and timely

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support or operations
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and good proficiency in English
  • Comfortable working six days a week in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Experience in the service industry (nice-to-have)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and operational tools
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Office and/or Google suite tools such as Excel, Google Slides etc
  • Experience working in fast-growth or startup-like environments
  • Must be based in Egypt (role requires you to be in Egypt)
