About the role
- Evaluate, structure, and execute acquisitions; perform in-depth financial modeling, valuations, and scenario analyses
- Assist in the due diligence process by managing cross-functional teams and external advisors to ensure successful deal execution
- Analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic acquisition targets and manage the M&A CRM pipeline
- Assist in structuring deal terms and negotiating agreements with target companies and advisors in partnership with legal and finance teams
- Collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, operations) and external consultants; prepare and deliver presentations to executive leadership
- Support post-transaction integration efforts; track progress against KPIs and report outcomes to stakeholders
- Up to 25% travel as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required)
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate development, or private equity
- Demonstrated experience in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and due diligence
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
