About the role

  • Develop and maintain strong client and broker/consultant partnerships with assigned customers
  • Engage in strategic and proactive planning within client’s line of business
  • Identify and execute opportunities to engage employee population
  • Proactive issue resolution, consult on best practices, review service/product offerings
  • Participate in new health center implementation planning and launch
  • Manage contractual requirements including renewals and escalation
  • Prioritize low margin clients for revenue/expense improvements
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities including new centers and services
  • Coordinate client-specific engagement plans with marketing
  • Partner with Regional Operational Managers to drive engagement and performance guarantees
  • Analyze, summarize, report and manage performance data related to clinic operations
  • Monitor and manage Performance Guarantees and payouts
  • Salesforce documentation and reporting
  • Support eligibility file processing, invoicing, incentive documentation and reporting
  • Maintain broker relationships and advocate for mutual client

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration
  • 5 or more years of directly related healthcare operations or account/client management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experienced in developing and delivering presentations
  • High energy personal style and aptitude for process-oriented thinking
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to build, foster, and maintain positive professional relationships
  • Ability to influence others and work cross-functionally; manage ambiguity
  • Willingness to develop in-depth market knowledge and think creatively
  • Advocates for process improvement and adherence
  • Tenacious follow up and ability to perform services for the client
  • Strong project management, account portfolio planning and prioritization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM products (Salesforce preferred)
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
