About the role

  • Build positive relationships with existing customers and help them access resources and tools for success with Enumerate products.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key accounts to communicate ROI and product value.
  • Drive product adoption and utilization across Enumerate's product catalogue.
  • Share feature requests and customer feedback with Product and Engineering teams; be the voice of the customer.
  • Identify upsell opportunities, support timely renewals and capacity expansion.
  • Resolve customer queries, recommend solutions, and assist with escalations as needed.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify growth opportunities and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to grow accounts, win back customers and negotiate with key stakeholders
  • Independent problem-solver.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities and to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS products, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM, MS Dynamics or similar)
