About the role
- Build positive relationships with existing customers and help them access resources and tools for success with Enumerate products.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key accounts to communicate ROI and product value.
- Drive product adoption and utilization across Enumerate's product catalogue.
- Share feature requests and customer feedback with Product and Engineering teams; be the voice of the customer.
- Identify upsell opportunities, support timely renewals and capacity expansion.
- Resolve customer queries, recommend solutions, and assist with escalations as needed.
- Collaborate with Sales to identify growth opportunities and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven ability to grow accounts, win back customers and negotiate with key stakeholders
- Independent problem-solver.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities and to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
- Deep understanding of SaaS products, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM, MS Dynamics or similar)
