  • JoomPro is the first end-to-end cross-border B2B marketplace. We aspire to create a new level of service in the wholesale purchasing market. We work as one international team, sharing knowledge and collaborating across countries, businesses and products. Now we are looking for a New Merchant Support Specialist to manage all processes from lead identification to continuous relationship management, ensuring merchant success on JoomPro platform. Responsibilities Identify, filter, and validate high-potential merchant leads based on defined criteria Effectively present JoomPro’s value proposition and key features to encourage merchant registration Support new merchants through the full onboarding process, including registration, KYC verification, and training Provide clear guidance and support to ensure merchants create high-quality product listings that comply with JoomPro’s standards and requirements Establish and maintain strong relationships with newly onboarded merchants, acting as their primary point of contact for all onboarding-related inquiries and support

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales and the new merchant management area Experience with sales or customer support Good communication and sales skills Flexibility & adaptability to work autonomously in an uncertain and diversified cultural environment
