About the role
- Design and implement standardized project management processes, methodologies, and frameworks across the organization
- Develop and maintain project management templates, tools, and documentation while creating and updating policies and procedures
- Analyze existing project management processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Lead process improvement initiatives and support reporting and insights generation, including ad-hoc reporting for performance monitoring
- Support change management initiatives related to process improvements and mentor project managers on best practices
- Ensure proper utilization of project management technologies across teams while maintaining and updating system configurations
- Partner with IT and PMO teams to generate standard and ad-hoc reporting for leadership and stakeholders
- Monitor and evaluate process compliance performance through comprehensive analysis and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 6+ years of Construction project management experience
- 3+ years in process management or business process improvement
- Experience with project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, etc.)
- Proven track record of successful process improvement initiatives
- Experience creating standard and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making
- Strong analytical and data analysis capabilities, including ad-hoc reporting
- Experience with workflow automation and digital transformation
