Director, R&D Data Science and Digital Health – Immunology

Risk

• Facilitate governance and visibility of risk management across the SM Platform quality risk metrics, risk review results and risk mitigation actions.
• Lead Community of Practice across platform identifying and implementing best practices and implementing process.
• Lead and facilitate risk management process for platform including oversight forums and integration across all platform governance.
• Implementing and maintaining a quality risk management program in compliance with ICH Q9 and IM procedures across the SM Platform.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop integrated risk-based approaches to collect, standardize, analyze as well as maintain risk-assessments and plans at SM sites and platform level.

• The Lead Analyst, Contract Management will be for driving detailed implementation of contracts and pricing strategies throughout the contract continuum from developing paper through contract load and maintenance and providing effective and efficient contract review and negotiation for commercial contracts.
• The Lead Analyst will be the expert on handling RFP/RFI submissions, contract authoring, contract implementation, and contract maintenance.
• These responsibilities include coordinating the contract implementation workflow, identifying potential gaps, recommending solutions, and sharing guidelines.

Lead Analyst – Contract Management

Program Manager

• The IT Senior Manager, Development Systems, RTE/Program Management, is a strong leader who combines modern Information Technology expertise, agile methodology, and program/process leadership to drive and transform major initiatives within Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine.
• This role acts as a strategic partner to Development Systems teams, working closely with business leaders (VPs/Sr. Directors/Directors), Platform Leaders, and Product Group Owners to manage the overall portfolio within the respective domains.
• The IT Senior Manager will oversee all Program/Portfolio management and Release Train Engineer (RTE) activities, ensuring the Agile Release Train (ART) stays on course by facilitating events and processes, assisting the teams in delivering value, and driving continuous improvement.
• This position maintains close relationships with all key stakeholders, including platform technical leaders, business leaders, procurement/finance stakeholders, and TS/AS/vendors partners.

• The Manager, Contract Management, will be part of the Offer Development organization, reporting to the Director, Offer Development, responsible for driving flawless implementation of contracts and pricing strategies throughout the contract continuum from developing paper through contract load and maintenance and providing effective and efficient contract review and negotiation for commercial contracts.
• Responsibilities include supporting the management of various contract templates to support the business and CPC approved contract strategies as well as being responsible for supporting terms and conditions redlines for commercial contracts across the JJMT organization.
• This individual is also responsible for assigned redlines, including customer negotiations in close partnership with Offer Development, Account Management and the Field Sales Organization.

• Provides leadership and support in execution of the centralized complaint trending process and associated systems globally.
