About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage contract workflows, including agreements, renewals, and amendments, ensuring compliance with internal policies, contract requirements, and business procedures.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Deal Desk, Contract Management, Offer Development partners, and the Field Sales Organization (FSO) to facilitate agreement execution.
  • Manage contract, pricing, billing, and revenue-related requests supporting Spine sales execution and customer needs.
  • Investigate and resolve pricing, billing, invoicing, and revenue discrepancies across multiple business systems.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Account Management, Contract Management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution and operational excellence.
  • Maintain data quality and support reporting activities that drive business decision-making and process visibility.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Support sales support platforms through system administration, user access management, and operational support activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with cross-functional teams and external customers.
  • Experience working with data, performing basic analysis, and using Excel to support business decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complete projects within established timelines.
  • Ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvements and efficiencies.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills.
