• Own the day-to-day administration of all People team systems, including Ashby, RefNow, Hibob, Willo, Metaview, Gem, Risotto

Data Analyst

• Champion analytical initiatives designed to advance Jobber’s subscription product capabilities (desktop & Mobile App), user experience and product marketing strategy.
• Ensure that Product Development, Experimentation and Product Marketing teams have all the information they need to make design, experience and GTM decisions that drive success of the Jobber product in the market, as well as measure the success of those initiatives.
• Be a thought partner to the stakeholder teams by proactively proposing analytical solutions and data insights that drive improvement in product functionality, user experience, pricing and other product development and / or GTM decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business objectives, translate business objectives into proposed solutions (e.g. analysis, KPIs, BI, Data Science) and socialize the proposals to ensure stakeholders’ alignment & buy-in.
• Perform (hands-on) analysis to drive insights, and inform business recommendations or marketing / PR content.
• Provide BI team with requirements for product analytics data, reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with the Data Science team on ML / AI developments supporting Product Analytics, GTM Marketing strategy and development of automated A/B testing capabilities.
• Advocate and propagate philosophy of impact-based opportunity assessment and quantify the impact assessment of all new ideas for product and experience improvement.
• Support experimentation initiatives by providing requirements for experimental design and successful measurement and Jobber’s general culture of experimentation by providing consultation on best practices (e.g. applied statistics, tooling, quantity of experiments, importance statistical significance).

Brand Partnerships Manager

• Be a brand champion. You’ll contribute to the reach and reputation of our brand through influencer marketing by supporting and contributing to ideas for campaigns, events, initiatives, and resources for our brand partners.
• Research and recruit new brand partners. With a keen eye for what works on social media, you’ll research new potential brand partners who would be interested in using Jobber for their own business and who would be a good brand fit to represent Jobber as a brand partner across their online networks/community.
