• Full ownership of Jobber's Fintech product portfolio, from vision to execution.
• This is not a feature team. You'd own the product end to end: what it does, how it works, and what it means to build financial products that small businesses actually trust and rely on.

• The opportunity Embedded finance is still early. More and more, small businesses will turn to their vertical SaaS platform—not just to run operations, but to manage their financial lives. You'd be defining what that looks like for an industry with no dominant financial player.
• Team structure You'd lead a team of PMs across an established portfolio and new bets, reporting to the SVP of Product, with close partnership across Engineering, Design, and GTM leadership.

Director, Product Management – Fintech

Account Manager

• Research and recruit new brand partners for Jobber
• Build authentic relationships through ongoing content creation

Account Executive, Inbound

• Manage a portfolio of ~300 high-value accounts, focused on three core outcomes: retaining customers and preventing churn, growing Gross Payment Volume (the dollar amount processed through Jobber Payments), and upselling plan upgrades and add-ons that create real value
• Drive GPV growth across your portfolio by identifying value opportunities for clients to process more through Jobber Payments
• Build deep, consultative relationships with key clients - acting as a strategic partner, not just a point of contact
• Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with key clients, providing insights and recommendations on how to optimize their use of Jobber's products and services, particularly those related to payments
• Guide customers to take action, bringing a bias toward live problem-solving on calls
• Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities, with a focus on expansion and increasing customer lifetime value
• Increase the gross payment volume of your assigned accounts, as well as the overall customer lifetime value as well as cross sell other potential Jobber products
• Collaborate with other departments within Jobber, such as product, risk, and support, to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience
• Provide feedback and suggestions to the product team on how to improve Jobber's features and functionality based on customer needs and requests
