About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive high-impact design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and innovative solutions across all touchpoints
Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to understand customer needs
Define and drive the UX strategy for your product area
Partner with other designers to foster growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showcasing polished, impactful user experiences for web and mobile SaaS products
Mastery of tools (Figma, Figjam, Claude, pencil-and-paper, etc.)
Applied experience with LLM-driven tools like Claude Design, Figma Make, Codex, etc
Curiosity and proactivity in addressing customer pain points
Excellent visual taste and interaction design skills
Ability to navigate constraints and challenges in regulated problem domains (e.g. finance, health, etc.)
Strong communication skills to explain work impact and design rationale
Collaboration and partnership skills to work with others effectively.
