Requirements
- Robust experience in a similar role, preferably supporting a scaling technology organization.
- Strong relationships built by quickly creating trust among the teams you work with.
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal.
- Team orientation and a belief that team success is as important as personal success.
- Firm understanding of employment legislation relevant to the business.
