About the role
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and potential clients for a Dutch energy company
- Follow procedures to ensure a great customer experience
- Respond to incoming calls, chats and emails and support customers
- Assist customers with invoices, reminders and payments
- Support customers with tariff changes and contract questions
- Manage complaints (e.g., overcharges or overpayments)
- Help with retention and move requests
- Identify and act on sales opportunities in a service-oriented way
Requirements
- Native-level spoken and written Flemish
- English at basic level (B2)
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Good understanding and level of computer handling skills
- Ability to multitask, be adaptive and confident to lead a conversation
- Takes initiative, asks questions, makes suggestions and is flexible
