About the role

  • Lead Cove Korea B2B and B2C sales team to increase tenant bookings and revenue
  • Own Cove Korea sales strategy and approach
  • Run regular sales training and development initiatives for the team
  • Ensure fast launch and ramp up of new buildings/properties
  • Work with supply-side team to provide customer insights supporting portfolio growth
  • Analyze funnel health and KPIs to generate insights and optimizations
  • Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process
  • Lead pricing of new rooms and regular re-pricing of existing portfolio
  • Negotiate and renegotiate tenant contracts
  • Implement rental price increases as required
  • Lead discounts policies to maximize revenue potential
  • Build relationships and partnerships with property agents and other demand sources
  • Grow B2B channel via corporate bookings and partnerships with companies and institutions
  • Own all sales processes, SOPs, and tech tools to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the team

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a B2B or B2C sales environment
  • Undergraduate degree in any field
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot)
  • Some line management experience
  • Experience in a pre-Series C start-up
  • Experience in sales process design
  • Experience in sales training
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to quickly build rapport with customers
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • High drive for results
