Project Manager

• Ensure Cove onboards quality properties and have the properties ready by the agreed timeline and capex budgets
• Lead onboarding projects that involve cross-functional teams internally and owner/vendor/contractor
• Visit shortlisted properties and analyze and do assessment of the properties from a building technical quality (infrastructure and MEP) and operations point of view
• Prepare and manage all onboarding timeline

Project Manager, Construction/Real Estate

Manager

• Act as the liaison between tenants and Cove
• Illustrate Cove’s core values and strive to achieve our standard of operations
• Design and implement the entire tenant’s experience, focusing on the touchpoints of tenants with Cove
• Responsible for the whole tenant’s experience from tenants’ check-in until they check-out
• Manage a team of associates to ensure they perform well to achieve their objectives
• Ensure the team is equipped in addressing tenant inquiries and creating tickets based on those requests or issues, and assigning them to the right point of contact
• Build relationships with tenants via various channels (online and offline)
• Be the champion of tenants throughout the whole process and organization

Tenant Experience Manager

Sales

• Lead Cove Korea B2B and B2C sales team to increase tenant bookings and revenue
• Own Cove Korea sales strategy and approach
• Run regular sales training and development initiatives for the team
• Ensure fast launch and ramp up of new buildings/properties
• Work with supply-side team to provide customer insights supporting portfolio growth
• Analyze funnel health and KPIs to generate insights and optimizations
• Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process
• Lead pricing of new rooms and regular re-pricing of existing portfolio
• Negotiate and renegotiate tenant contracts
• Implement rental price increases as required
• Lead discounts policies to maximize revenue potential
• Build relationships and partnerships with property agents and other demand sources
• Grow B2B channel via corporate bookings and partnerships with companies and institutions

Sales Manager

Content Marketing Manager

• Collaborate with the Creative & Social Media Executive to brainstorm, plan and execute social media content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Cove community app and YouTube
• Create visually appealing content including videos, graphics and written posts that align with brand guidelines
• Stay updated on latest social media trends and proactively suggest new creative ideas for IG Reels and TikTok
• Assist with set up and staging professional and lifestyle photoshoots and VR shoots for new properties
• Lead and manage VR scan during property photoshoots
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute monthly community events for tenants
• Assist the marketing team in staging properties for investor tours
• Increase brand visibility and recall through memorable designs and content adhering to brand guidelines

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations focusing on guest satisfaction, staff performance, and operational efficiency
• Supervise front office, concierge, reservations, and bell services; handle guest feedback and complaints
• Oversee housekeeping and maintenance operations; coordinate with maintenance/engineering teams and preventive maintenance programs
• Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and line staff; conduct performance reviews and implement training programs
• Assist in preparation and management of departmental budgets, forecasts, and cost control; ensure compliance with procurement and inventory control procedures
• Implement and monitor SOPs; ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations; conduct inspections and audits
• Liaise between departments and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams; report to Head of Operations

Hotel Operations

• Key member of the Cove Indonesia cross functional leadership team
• Managing the operations team, motivating and building a strong working culture and measuring/managing individual and team performance to achieve company objectives
• Working in partnership with the tech team to design, develop and deploy technologies that improve operational efficiency
• Owning the opex budget, maintaining tight controls and identifying projects and work streams to increase efficiencies through vendor management and maintenance initiatives
• Owning the ops S,G&A budget to decouple manpower cost growth from revenue growth and improve profitability while maintaining customer service
• Owning the capex budget and driving efficiencies on spend per room through supplier partnerships, procurement initiatives and financing
• Growing analytics capabilities to ensure comprehensive tracking of operational efficiency and customer service metrics and structured reporting
• Handling escalated tenant complaints and high-risk issues and resolving them appropriately
• Ensuring team structure and operational excellence through robust SOPs, training and supervision
• Establishing and deploying Cove’s standard of service and building a customer-focused mindset across the organisation
• Maintaining positive and constructive relationships with landlords to run properties to agreed Cove standards
• Ensuring property onboarding is completed on time, in budget and in accordance with safety and property regulations

Head of Operations

Accounts Payable

• Provide administrative support for aspects of the Accounts Payable (AP) process
• Check that all invoices are properly supported by purchase orders or relevant approvals before processing
• Verify that each payment is supported by correct documents (invoices, purchase orders, approvals) before processing
• Report to AP Team Lead
• 3-6 months internship role, based in Jakarta with hybrid work arrangement

• Troubleshoot and prioritize daily facility issues and effectively delegate responsibilities
