About the role

  • Drive growth in the Nordic market by generating opportunities and building a qualified pipeline for the Nordic enterprise sales team.
  • Book qualified meetings for the Nordic enterprise sales team.
  • Prospect via cold calls, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.
  • Create, run, and evaluate outbound sales sequences.
  • Qualify inbound leads and convert them into opportunities.
  • Drive awareness by inviting target accounts to webinars and sharing content.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers and Marketing on creative outreach campaigns.
  • Share activity updates and results in sales meetings.
  • Receive coaching from experienced managers and work closely with a collaborative SDR team.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales or customer service.
  • Professional language skills in Swedish and English, spoken and written.
  • Enthusiasm and determination to succeed in SaaS sales.
  • Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner.
  • Positive mindset and genuine interest in learning.
  • Good skills in the MS Office package.
  • Driven, curious and self-motivated team player with strong organizational skills.
  • Sales-oriented, motivated by reaching and exceeding targets while building trust and long-term relationships.
  • Initiative-taking, proactively spotting opportunities and taking action.
  • Bonus: Experience as SDR/BDR, ideally in SaaS or HR Tech.
  • Bonus: Comfortable with outbound prospecting and experience using CRM/sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, Sales Navigator).
  • Bonus: Experience of SaaS or HR Tech, ideally selling towards the Nordic market.
  • Bonus: Fluency in Norwegian or Danish.
  • Bonus: Post-secondary education (e.g. university or vocational training) in business, marketing, or a related field.
