About the role

  • Coach and inspire a global team of SDRs, setting the standard for best practices and performance.
  • Support team leads globally to hire and grow SDRs across offices in APAC, Europe and North America.
  • Develop and implement a cohesive global strategy for outbound pipeline generation.
  • Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to help SDRs quickly ramp up and crush their targets.
  • Analyze key metrics and data to track progress, inform strategic decisions, and report insights to sales and marketing leadership.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Analytics, to ensure our outreach efforts are perfectly aligned with business goals.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, curiosity, and resilience within your team.
  • Define global ways of working and lead the outbound pipeline strategy.

Requirements

  • You are a seasoned sales leader with a deep understanding of the outbound sales process.
  • You are a natural coach who thrives on helping others succeed and a strategic thinker who uses data to drive results.
  • You’re ready to roll up your sleeves and lead from the front, bringing a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset to the team.
  • 7+ years of experience in an SDR/BDR or inside sales role, preferably within the tech or software industry.
  • 3+ years of experience in a management role, with a proven track record of leading and coaching team members.
  • A solid understanding of B2B complex sales and outbound pipeline generation.
  • Comfortable with metrics, reporting, and using data to inform decisions.
  • Experienced in hiring and coaching top talent.
